All products are made to order so please allow 2-5 working days for your order to be completed. Prints are fulfilled and shipped from the USA, EUROPE or AUSTRALIA depending on the destination country. Once printed, shipping times are estimated as follows:
European Union 5-12 working days
United Kingdom 7-10 working days
USA 3-6 working days
Canada 5-12 working days
Australia 4-7 working days
Please note orders may be subject to customs charges and handling fees depending on the destination country.
If something arrives damaged or if you have not received the product at all (all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the delivery date) I'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. If products are damaged please send a photo to themodernantiqueprints@gmail.com or contact me here on Etsy before returning it.
Materials
Your art print will be printed on high-quality, uncoated premium paper with a smooth surface. Both the paper and the inks used are age-resistant, which means they retain their quality and color for many years. The matte surface ensures that the colors have a special depth and the paper does not reflect, giving the print a classy and high-quality look.
Please note that frames are not included and colors may vary depending on monitor settings.

The delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days. Each art print is made individually for you, with a processing time of 1-3 working days in addition to the delivery time.
